Oh, my dear…
You see in the winds,
And challenge the bends
And go oh so naught though,
‘Till the summerest of days are here.
For darling, you know the truth
You know the secrets of yore
But dost, you darling, despite your fear, know for why thy is here?
The summer will end on you, the darkness will rend of you all that mends of you
Oh, through these years
May it be so, but you’ll never know — is that clear?
Oh, though, to fear,
Before you devolve into tears.
Though the water dost flow on the rocks you once rode to here.
Oh, merrily, my dear.
